Qualifications

• Credentials or certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or equivalent agency (preferred).
• Experience communicating with AHJ’s (Federal, State, and Local Authorities) for notifications and permit conformance.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of EHS programs, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for EHS initiatives.
• Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews and changes; define process controls.
• Ensure AHJ compliance and manage permits and KPIs; drive EHS turn-up of new locations.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert across multiple EHS verticals and collaborate with teams.
