Saint-Gobain is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager in Nashville, Arkansas to promote regulatory compliance and elevate safety standards. You will train plant teams, conduct risk assessments, and drive health and safety initiatives aligned with World Class Manufacturing principles.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will collaborate with maintenance and engineering to integrate EHS requirements, lead audits, and ensure timely regulatory reporting while maintaining strong community

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in occupational health and safety or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in a health and safety role within manufacturing.
• CSP certification.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop the World Class Manufacturing Safety and Environmental pillar.
• Proactively promote, train, and coach the plant teams in the aspects of EH&S.
• Work with the EHS Director to identify key health and safety trends for the site and propose plans to improve performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis trainings and audits using the company's RCA tool.
• Provide monthly progress updates for EH&S pillar activities.
• Develop cross-functional teams to create annual budgets and action plans for health and safety.
