Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Nashville, TN is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to lead all EHS programs at the site. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safety culture. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in health and safety roles, preferably in manufacturing. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a health and safety role at a manufacturing location.
• Experience with Air, Water, Waste permits.
• Professional training and/or certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Develop and implement EHS policies and training programs.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Manage site environmental permits and compliance reporting.
• Oversee HAZCOM program and chemical inventories.
• Drive PSM practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
