Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Texarkana, AR is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead the EHS program across our facilities. You will champion a hazard-free work environment, deliver training, conduct field support, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in EHS, preferably in manufacturing with multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years in an EHS-related field, preferably in manufacturing with multiple locations across states.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs.
• Experience measuring EHS plan efficacy and adjusting tactics.

Responsibilities

• Develop EHS protocol and training to eliminate at-risk behavior and ensure compliance.
• Manage incident investigations for EHS events across CTSC locations and document reports.
• Liaise with corporate EHS through ongoing communication and reporting.
• Ensure centers are properly permitted for environmental laws, waste management, and chemical use.
• Oversee emissions testing and ensure retread plants comply with environmental regs.
