Qualifications

• 8+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of HSE programs, policies, and management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
• Deliver safety training and promote employee engagement in HSE programs.
• Manage regulatory compliance activities, audits, inspections, permits, and reporting.
• Partner with operations and leadership to strengthen safety performance and emergency preparedness.
