Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group in Lexington, NC seeks an EHS Manager to lead environmental oversight and safety culture. You will drive site EHS performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with plant leaders to reduce risk and protect employees and assets.

The role focuses on environmental compliance with day-to-day technical oversight, aligning EHS systems with business objectives and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field required.
• CSP certification within last 3 years preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing with proven injury reduction and regulatory compliance.
• 5+ years’ experience with safety regulations (OSHA) and reporting required.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting, especially air.
• Root cause analysis and structured problem solving; translate data to actions.
• Excellent communication across levels; knowledge of ISO/EHS systems; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health and safety performance at the Lexington site.
• Execute the EHS strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and reduce risk for workers and assets.
• Partner with plant and business leaders to align EHS with business goals.
• Oversee EHS systems, processes, and behaviors to meet corporate standards.
