Job summary

Saige Partners in Vermont seeks an experienced EHS Leader to provide guidance for a manufacturing facility, develop and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs, and promote safe work practices across operations.

You will lead incident investigations, oversee audits and risk assessments, maintain required EHS documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of manufacturing EHS experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/federal regulations
• Proven ability to lead EHS programs and influence safety performance at all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership and support for a manufacturing facility and operations
• Develop and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs and promote safe work practices
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Maintain EHS documentation, permits, records, and regulatory reports
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and HR to support business objectives
