Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in a manufacturing environment in safety roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies compliant with federal, state, and local laws including OSHA.
• Maintain safety programs to prevent accidents, near misses, and injuries.
• Lead safety training and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
• Coordinate emergency services and maintain safety records.
• Perform monthly facility inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and support legal and insurance processes.
• Ensure mandatory training completion and documentation.
• Prepare reports and maintain OSHA and other regulatory files.
