Job summary

CVS Health, through its Omnicare division, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs for pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. This role partners with site leadership to ensure OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations.
• Manage hazardous and pharmaceutical waste programs; oversee permits and reporting.
• Lead environmental programs including spill prevention and emergency response.
• Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and CAPA completion.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
