CVS Health, through Omnicare, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, and environmental programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. • 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry, including environmental compliance, waste management, regulatory reporting, audits, and/or investigations.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and local regulations.
• Pharmaceutical & Hazardous Waste Management: Oversee hazardous waste and pharmaceutical waste management programs.
• Environmental Programs: Develop environmental sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Safety & Risk Management: Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, and CAPA investigations.
• Training & Employee Engagement: Develop and deliver EHS training programs and promote safety culture.
• Emergency Preparedness: Maintain emergency response and business continuity programs.
