Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to support Omnicare operations nationwide, leading environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across pharmacy, repackaging, and distribution facilities.

You will collaborate with site leadership to ensure OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance, manage waste programs, and drive continuous improvement. A hybrid schedule is available with travel up to 25% within the continental United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regulations.
• Manage environmental permits, licenses, registrations, and reporting.
• Oversee hazardous, pharmaceutical, and medical waste programs.
• Develop training and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).
