Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead EHS programs across pharmacy, distribution, and corporate operations. You will partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT, while managing hazardous waste, safety audits, and training.

The role supports regulatory reporting, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement, fostering a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance programs across OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regs.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and medical waste management programs.
• Manage environmental compliance programs, spill prevention, and emergency response.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, and root cause investigations.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for operations and leadership teams.
