Job summary

CVS Health, through Omnicare, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across pharmacy, distribution, and corporate operations. You will partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance: OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/local regulations.
• Hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management oversight.
• Environmental programs including spill prevention and emergency response.
• Safety & risk management: inspections, audits, CAPAs, and KPI tracking.
• Training and employee engagement: develop and deliver EHS training and ensure regulatory training.
• Emergency preparedness: maintain response and business continuity programs.
