CVS Health's Omnicare unit is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety and regulatory programs across pharmacy operations, repackaging, distribution and corporate sites.

You will partner with site leadership to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, manage hazardous waste and regulatory reporting, conduct safety audits and training, and drive continuous improvement. Travel up to 25% may be required as part of a multi-site role.

Formación

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT and applicable state/local regulatory compliance across operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts to operations.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits and compliance assessments.
• Manage environmental permits, licenses, registrations and reporting requirements.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and regulated medical waste programs.
• Coordinate waste vendor activities, manifests and documentation.
• Develop and implement environmental safety programs and EPCRA compliance where applicable.
• Lead incident investigations, CAPAs and safety/risk assessments.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits and root-cause analyses.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, spill response and business continuity activities.
