Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare unit seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. You will partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local rules while fostering safety and environmental stewardship.

The role emphasizes incident investigations, CAPAs, training, emergency preparedness, and EPCRA reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess operational impact.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Manage environmental permits, licenses, registrations, and reporting requirements.
