Job summary

C/A Design is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead and implement EH&S programs that protect people and the workplace. You will drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across production facilities, ensuring safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a passion for a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CSP/CIH/CHMM/OSHA 30-Hr are preferred.
• 10+ years in a high‑performing manufacturing environment, preferably in precision machining.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop EH&S programs to protect employees, facilities, and the environment.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and state regulations.
• Conduct audits, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses; implement corrective actions.
• Deliver EH&S training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Collaborate with site leadership and HR for a safety-minded onboarding experience.
• Monitor EH&S metrics and present reports to senior leadership.
