Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EH&S experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and applicable EPA/state regs.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance, permits, inspections, audits, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, state and local regs.
• Serve as primary contact for inspections, audits, reporting, and related activities.
• Develop and continuously improve EH&S policies, procedures, and programs.
• Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and environmental events; perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and industrial hygiene evaluations to identify hazards.
