Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead the EHS function at its Anderson, South Carolina facility. You will drive compliance, develop programs, and partner with operations to foster a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include audits, training, incident investigations, regulatory reporting, and implementing ISO 14001/45001 aligned systems to reduce risk and enable operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• Proven EHS experience in manufacturing environment.
• Desirable CSP/CIH/CHMM or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all EHS programs, policies, and initiatives across the facility.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and federal/state/local regulations.
• Manage and improve EHS management systems (ISO 14001/45001).
• Develop and deliver EHS training, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead investigations of accidents and incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate emergency response, environmental compliance, and reporting.
• Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
