Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Anderson, SC is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead the site EHS program and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, Quality and external partners to drive continuous improvement and cultivate a proactive safety culture across the facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
• Proven Environmental, Health and Safety experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience with plastics, blow molding, injection molding or automotive manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all EHS programs, policies, and initiatives across the site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain and improve EHS management systems (ISO 14001/45001).
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and training.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and JHA activities.
• Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses with root-cause analysis.
• Deliver EHS orientation and training for employees and contractors.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills across the site.
• Oversee waste, air emissions, chemical handling, spill prevention and water discharge programs.
• Maintain EHS records, permits, reports, and audit readiness.
• Track and report EHS performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
