Job summary

Human Capital Ventures is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead the EHS function at its Anderson, South Carolina manufacturing facility. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Proven Environmental, Health and Safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Strong audit, training, and incident investigation skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and implement practical controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all EHS programs and initiatives at the facility.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, training, and performance measures.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency response and waste management programs.
