Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for its Anderson, South Carolina facility. You will lead all EHS programs, ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA, and drive a proactive safety culture across operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.

Responsibilities include auditing, incident investigations, training, emergency planning, and regulatory reporting, with a base salary of $110,000–$120,000 and a bonus up to 16% of salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Proven EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and ISO 14001/45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Environmental, Health and Safety programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Develop and maintain EHS management systems and training.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and regulatory reporting.
