Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. work eligibility; Eaton will not sponsor visas for this position.
• Export-controlled information access required; must be a U.S. person.

Aufgaben

• Lead the creation of site EHS targets and objectives aligned with corporate initiatives.
• Drive preventive and proactive actions to mitigate risks via root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations (air, land, water).
• Develop and manage EHS training and communications to promote engagement and zero-incident culture.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal teams to resolve findings and oversee MESH elements.
