Job summary

Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division in Davenport, IA is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead an EHS team in a complex manufacturing setting. The role oversees regulatory compliance, data management, and culture-building to achieve a zero-incident EHS environment.

The position requires a bachelor's or associate degree with relevant EHS experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Relocation support is available for those outside 70 miles of Davenport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years EHS experience in industrial manufacturing OR Associate's degree with 5 years EHS experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year experience leading or managing people (direct or indirect).
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and U.S. Person status per export regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of site targets and objectives in line with corporate EHS initiatives.
• Drive preventative and proactive actions to mitigate risks through root cause and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations including air, land, and water.
• Lead cross-functional EHS teams and engage stakeholders to drive MESH elements.
• Manage EHS data processes for injuries, environmental metrics, and action items.
• Provide guidance for Eaton's Management of Change process and EHS training.
