Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field with 3 years of EHS experience in industrial manufacturing, or an Associates with 5 years of EHS experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading or managing people (direct or indirect).
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and U.S. person status per U.S. regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support site targets and EHS strategic initiatives to drive culture, compliance, and results.
• Drive preventative and proactive action projects to mitigate risks through root cause identification and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations and maintain safe operations.
• Provide technical oversight for environmental regulations and data reporting.
• Develop and manage site EHS training programs and communications.
