Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for the Davenport, IA site to lead environmental, health and safety programs and drive a zero-incident culture. You will direct EHS activities, set objectives, and ensure accurate reporting across regulatory requirements.

The role requires ISO 14001 knowledge, strong training and communication skills, and the ability to interface with external authorities while promoting a culture of proactive risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading EHS programs and teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS targets and objectives aligned with corporate initiatives.
• Drive proactive actions to mitigate environmental, safety and health risks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations (air, land, water).
• Oversee MESH elements and training programs to engage staff.
• Provide guidance for Eaton’s Management of Change program.
