Eaton’s Mission Systems division in Davenport, IA is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the site. You will develop and drive programs to meet regulatory and corporate requirements, aiming for a Zero Incident culture while managing training, reporting, audits, and regulatory interfaces.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in EHS in manufacturing; CSP/CHMM certifications preferred; process improvements and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in EHS in manufacturing.
• Export-control eligibility for U.S. work.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead site EHS targets in line with corporate initiatives.
• Drive proactive actions to mitigate risks (environmental, safety, health).
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local EHS regs for safe operations.
• Assign MESH cross-functional champions and engage teams.
• Manage EHS data processes (injuries, metrics, action items).
• Ensure key EHS controls are in place and on PM schedule.
• Provide oversight for compliance with environmental regulations (RCRA, SPCC, etc.).
• Submit environmental reports accurately and on time.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies during audits.
• Develop and deliver site EHS training and communications.
• Support Management of Change program and process changes.
• Promote a zero-incident EHS culture.
• Manage EHS Training Plan.
