Volt in West Jordan, UT is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead safety, security, and environmental compliance programs across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and EHS auditing.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Strong leadership, safety training, and Process Safety Management (PSM) experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage company Safety, Security, and Environmental Compliance programs.
• Create and support the EHS vision, ensuring employees understand and follow safety, environmental, and security policies.
• Promote the WISE² Safety Process goals, scope, leadership expectations, and competencies.
• Lead development of risk assessment methods to identify, evaluate, and reduce hazards.
• Ensure training programs are developed and implemented to support facility needs.
• Manage resources to support safety initiatives and compliance programs.
• Develop safety performance metrics using IWS tools and coordinate with Facility Management and Corporate teams.
• Ensure timely completion of incident investigations and corrective actions.
