Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead the O&M teams in a top-tier safety culture, implementing and improving EH&S programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across operations.

Reporting to the Vice President of EH&S, you will partner with operations to foster accountability, conduct audits, analyze incident data, and manage safety education programs and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EH&S leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs.
• Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety or CSP designation desired (not required).

Responsibilities

• Managing city, county, state and federal compliance requirements.
• Conducting plant audits (e.g., housekeeping and risk assessment).
• Analyzing data from incident history, behavioral observations, hazard reports, and audits to identify performance trends and improvement strategies.
• Collecting and analyzing data from safety programs including incident reports, hazard reports, near-hit reports, and non-routine tasks.
• Managing and facilitating plant safety education programs.
• Conducting new employee onboarding, ensuring regulatory and Company safety management programs are reviewed.
• Developing and administering safety training presentations covering OSHA compliance and company programs.
