Verde is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to champion safety, environmental compliance, and waste management across our Utah sites, including collaboration with data-center partner QTS-Layton.

You will lead safety training, inspections, and incident investigations, while developing SOPs and improving performance. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for sustainable facilities.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS, safety management or a similar environment.
• OSHA 511 certification or the ability to obtain.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction or regulated settings.
• Valid driver's license and strong leadership & communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive safety focus and ability to train teams.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership for site safety, environmental compliance, training, waste management, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, review, and communicate Job Safety Analyses and SOPs.
• Lead safety walks, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with operations to identify hazards and drive safety performance.
• Train employees on SOPs and required procedures; maintain training records.
• Ensure certifications and programs (OSHA, Green Seal, etc.) are current.
