• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; 3–5 years’ manufacturing experience or 10+ years leadership.
• Supervisory or management experience in EHS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to coach teams and foster a positive safety culture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enforce division-wide safety programs and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
• Track and report EHS KPIs to leadership.
• Oversee incident investigations, corrective actions, and workers' compensation cases.
• Manage contractor safety programs and performance.
• Coach and develop employees to strengthen safety awareness and engagement.
• Support occupational health programs and environmental stewardship initiatives.
