Job summary

Signature Solar is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager in Sulphur Springs, TX. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across facilities, driving a proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with site leadership, manage KPI reporting, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance while overseeing training and audits. This role requires regular site visits and autonomous work with leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site EHS programs and policies covering hazard recognition, PPE, machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and emergency response.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and reporting for injuries, near-misses, and property damage events.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A logs and coordinate workers' compensation reporting with HR.
• Manage and publish monthly KPI reporting providing ongoing visibility of EHS performance across all entities.
• Remain current with federal, state, and local EHS requirements and update internal policies accordingly.
• Partner with L&D to design and deliver EHS training for new hires, supervisors, and existing employees.
• Lead safety committee meetings and coordinate site-wide safety communications and recognition programs.
