B.H. Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee safety programs across multiple project sites in Utah, Idaho, and Texas. The role requires strong leadership in construction health and safety and a commitment to incident prevention.

You will lead a bilingual team, manage regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety with a competitive compensation package including weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish fluency required to communicate with diverse teams.
Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT or other BCSP designations.
Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is preferred.
Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions.
Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho, sometimes at a moment's notice.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites.
Lead safety culture and drive continuous improvement in EHS metrics.
Mentor and supervise field teams with minimal supervision.
Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors on risk mitigation.
Support recruitment and training for safety initiatives.
