Job summary

WM is seeking a senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) leader to provide management and project staff oversight, ensuring implementation of policies and regulatory conformance across operations and sites. This role drives EHS program development, audits, and training, aligning with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

The position requires travel up to 50% to customer sites, supports incident investigation, and data reporting to meet safety and environmental goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on H&S/compliance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing settings.
• Experience with ISO 14001/9001 audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or remote EHS guidance and ensure program conformance.
• Lead audits and corrective actions; track issues to completion.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites and support program implementations.
• Develop and manage EHS training and performance metrics.
• Manage permits, incidents, and data reporting.
