Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks an EHS Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and security programs across facilities. The role emphasizes proactive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and site EMS implementation.

The successful candidate will drive incident investigations, training, and metrics reporting while coordinating with regulators and internal stakeholders to maintain ISO 14001 certification and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive EHS program management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership across daily safety, industrial hygiene, emergency response, and environmental support.
• Identify and mitigate health and safety risks with written guidelines.
• Conduct audits and inspections and verify corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Oversee environmental compliance including hazardous waste, stormwater, air emissions.
• Lead incident and case management including investigations and return-to-work.
