Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a hands-on EHS professional to support safety and environmental programs across a 150-employee production plant and four smaller facilities. This sole EHS role travels to sites in PA, KS, AZ and FL, with annual visits to each location.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of plant level safety and environmental experience.
• Bachelor degree in a technical area.
• Experience managing EHS activities including training, auditing, workers' compensation and EHSS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the EHS function with a heavy focus on safety and health for multiple sites.
• Roll out corporate programs and work closely with Corporate EHS.
• Maintain EHSS metrics, recordkeeping, and environmental compliance.
• Unify safety direction, engage employees, and drive a strong safety culture.
