Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at its aluminum foundry complex in Indiana. You will work closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to create a safer workplace and strengthen compliance across 36 acres and five buildings.

You'll identify hazards, drive incident investigations, manage regulatory reporting, and lead training programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Foundry experience is a plus.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate mobile and stationary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance
• Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation
• Maintain emergency response plans
• Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation
• Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture
