Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a 3-person EHS Department (EHS Generalists).
• Develop and drive safety programs, training, and related initiatives for the facility.
• Collaborate with site leadership to build a sustainable safety culture and program.
• Lead behavioral safety initiatives and engage employees to improve safety outcomes.
