Qualifications

• Bachelor-level safety or related degree required.
• Experience with safety programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop health and safety programs to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training to all employees on safety and compliance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support leadership in product/process development prioritizing health and safety.
• Develop safety metrics and report to management.
• Coordinate safety policy implementation across the organization.
• Manage workers' compensation activities and OSHA reporting.
• Budget development and expense management for the department.
