Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader to support Self-Perform Work (SPW) across projects. You will partner with SPW leadership to implement safety programs, provide training, and ensure compliance to reduce risk and protect workers.

Responsibilities include managing SPW EHS professionals, reviewing risk assessments and JHAs, investigating incidents, and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental health, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 6-8 years of construction EHS experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety training required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• CHST or CSP certification preferred.
• STSC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads EHS support for Self-Perform Work (SPW) operations within projects or segments.
• Implements EHS programs, training, and compliance activities to reduce risk.
• Manages field-level EHS professionals and provides coaching and performance management.
• Analyzes EHS performance data to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinates SPW EHS training, onboarding, and competency verification for craft leadership.
• Reviews risk assessments, audits, and JHAs to support safe work practices.
• Oversees incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
