Job summary

The Sygma Network, Inc is seeking an experienced EHS professional to provide intermediate-level site EHS expertise across assigned business units. You will support field safety teams and partner with the EHS function to implement the global EHS management system.

Responsibilities include driving injury prevention programs, conducting site hazard assessments, delivering compliance training, and supporting workers' compensation and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS requirements and standards.
• Experience designing and delivering EHS training and campaigns.
• Experience investigating incidents and preparing root-cause analyses.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and OSHA determinations.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse leaders to drive EHS initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute injury prevention programs to create a world-class safety culture.
• Identify and control site-level hazards; support incident investigations with root-cause analyses.
• Deliver and track compliance training per regulatory and Sysco policy; identify gaps.
• Support workers' compensation claims process and OSHA determinations; promote safe RTW.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to manage EHS projects and resources.
• Contribute to design of standardized safety systems, policies, and programs.
• Support environmental compliance and claims programs.
