The Sygma Network, Inc. is seeking an intermediate-level EHS professional to provide site EHS expertise across assigned units and support the field safety team. Partner with EHS to implement the global EHS management system and drive injury prevention initiatives.

You will identify hazards, lead investigations with root cause analyses, and coordinate training to ensure regulatory compliance and safety excellence across multiple sites in the US.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in EHS or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred in EHS or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Execute injury prevention programs to build a world class safety culture.
• Identify and control site-level hazards; support incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Deliver and track compliance training per regulatory and Sysco policy; address gaps from injury trends.
• Support workers’ compensation claims process and promote safe return to work.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to manage EHS resources and projects.
• Contribute to design of standardized safety systems, policies, and training to reduce risk.
