Sysco is seeking an EHS Leader to provide intermediate-level site EHS expertise across assigned business units in Pennsylvania. You will support field safety, implement the global EHS management system, and drive injury prevention, incident investigations, and training delivery.

You will manage workers’ compensation processes, collaborate with leaders to align EHS resources, and help shape safety policies and programs across multiple facilities with travel up to 50% in the US.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, risk management safety/industrial/quality/ environmental engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree in EHS, risk management safety/industrial/quality/ environmental engineering or a closely related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of EHS program management experience with large national or multi-national companies with multiple sites.
• Associate Safety Professional (ASP) designation or ability to acquire designation within 1 year is preferred.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation, CIH or other professional EHS certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, provincial, and local EHS requirements and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Execute injury prevention programs to promote a world-class safety culture and minimize injury risk.
• Identify, assess, and control site-level hazards and assist in incident investigations with root-cause analyses.
• Deliver and track compliance training programs per regulatory agencies and Sysco policy.
• Support workers’ compensation claims process, OSHA determinations, and return-to-work measures.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to align EHS resources and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to design of standardized safety systems, policies, and training programs.
