Job summary

Chesterton is seeking a Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead programs across multiple locations. This on-site role based in Minden, Louisiana, includes travel to Texas and occasional trips to Boston, West Virginia and Utah.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years in manufacturing EHS, with strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, EMS development, training, audits and incident investigations. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading EMS/ISO 14001 programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across multiple sites and offices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Develop and manage an ISO 14001-aligned EMS.
• Conduct safety risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate training, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Travel up to 5% to support facilities.
