Job summary

Eaton is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and security at the site. You’ll drive EHS targets, maintain ISO 14001, and ensure regulatory compliance while engaging employees in a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual ability (if applicable), and experience in manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include managing inspections, training, and interfacing with authorities to resolve findings and improve EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or natural sciences required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of EHS experience in distribution/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS activities at the site and set targets (MESH Plan).
• Maintain ISO 14001 certification and report metrics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering to install new equipment per MESH.
• Drive zero-incident EHS culture and engage teams.
