Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our manufacturing team. This permanent role focuses on environmental, health, and safety leadership with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, training, and incident investigations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in EHS within engineering or manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and certifications such as CSP or CIH are a plus. This on-site position offers growth and impact across the facility.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years in an EHS role within engineering/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in safety training and accident investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all aspects of the organization’s EHS programs.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide safety training to employees to foster a safety culture.
• Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
