Module X Solutions is a rapidly growing modular manufacturing business based in Shreveport, LA. We seek an experienced EHS Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices at our manufacturing facility, developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety.

The role involves leading risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, training, and collaboration with production and maintenance to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental laws.
• Experience with safety management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, identify risks, and provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures and programs aligned with regulations including OSHA, EPA, DOT.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor safety metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve safety issues.
• Ensure environmental compliance and prepare regulatory reports.
• Develop and update emergency response plans and conduct drills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety engineering or a related field

Relevant certifications (CSP, OHST, EHS certifications) preferred
