Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across locations. You will implement IIPP, incident investigations, and regulatory training while promoting a strong safety culture and accountability.

This role includes managing workers' compensation processes and cross-location safety strategies. The ideal candidate holds a safety-related bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing safety, and excellent English and Spanish communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Experience leading safety programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set expectations for EHS compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, and other regulations.
  • Lead safety values and promote a culture of safety among team members.
  • Establish EHS metrics, track injuries and near misses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Inspect, audit, and review safe work practices for regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and deliver regulatory training programs for EHS requirements.
  • Manage Accident/Exposure Reporting and Investigation processes and root cause analyses.
