Job summary

Clayton Homes in Conway, AR seeks an experienced EHS Manager responsible for leading environmental, health and safety programs at the facility to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance. You will drive ISO certification efforts, manage OSHA records, return-to-work programs, and collaborate with Home Office and site leadership to reduce risk and incidents while promoting sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4+ years) in Environmental Studies or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and ISO familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental compliance records (stormwater, air permitting, etc.).
• Lead ISO certification efforts and EHS committee activities.
• Administer Return-to-Work and workers’ compensation programs; OSHA 300 log upkeep.
• Conduct safety meetings and facility inspections; review incidents and implement corrective actions.
