Job summary

Clayton Homes in Arkansas seeks an EHS Manager to lead the environmental, health, and safety functions at the home building facility. You will implement training programs, champion ISO initiatives, and partner with Home Office to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the EHS Director, leading safety committees, audits, and injury investigations while promoting a strong safety culture. A BS in a related field and 4+ years experience are required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Studies or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA practices and programs; ISO familiarity.
• Experience in safety culture and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental compliance records and permits.
• Lead ISO certification and EHS committee activities.
• Oversee injury/illness investigations and return-to-work programs.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and loss control personnel.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and safety training compliance.
• Promote wellness and safety culture across plant teams.
• Manage worker’s compensation processes and quarterly reviews.
