Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support the facility's environmental program (ISO 14001) and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will assist in training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of sustainability initiatives across the site.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer plant ISO 14001 environmental procedures and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Develop and implement sustainability projects.
• Update ISO metrics and report monthly to Senior ISO Specialist.
• Lead facility safety committee meetings.
• Provide environmental training programs.
